I’m Gemma Waite, founder of Your Property Gem. Based on the South Coast, I started Your Property Gem to help property owners unlock the hidden potential in their properties - whether that means a stronger rental return, a higher sale price, or a smoother renovation.
With over 20 years’ experience in Project and Programme Management, I bring precision, transparency, and attention to detail to every project. Having personally bought, sold, and renovated properties, I know what it takes to add value and avoid common pitfalls.
At Your Property Gem, I specialise in managing property refurbishments and transformations, assessing what a property actually needs, coordinating the people who deliver it, and protecting your budget and timeline from start to finish.
